Fernando Barrios
FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Born in Mexico and raised in Arizona, Fernando grew up in a family passionate about fútbol (soccer), but with limited financial resources. While traveling to Mexico, he developed a unique set of skills that allowed him to compete at a high level. After moving to California, he’s been playing at the semi-pro level for several years. During this time, Fernando noticed many kids struggling for various reasons, which motivated him to start this great project. It aims to give kids the opportunity to pursue, learn, and appreciate this amazing sport by applying different techniques, drills, and ideas, allowing them to showcase their individuality.

Sami Chbika
COACH
Sami was born and raised in Morocco, where his football journey began. He started playing at a young age and initially took on the role of a right back before transitioning to become a striker, where he truly thrived. Over the course of his professional career, Sami played for several top clubs, including teams in Morocco, France (Valenciennes and Toulouse), Italy (Sampdoria), and Spain (Granada and Almería). Now 31 years old, he reflects on his experiences playing in multiple countries, which shaped him into a versatile player and helped him develop a unique perspective on the game. His passion for football continues as he aims to share his knowledge with aspiring footballers, especially focusing on tactical awareness and technical skills in both offensive and defensive roles.

Neusha Azami
GOALKEEPER COACH
Neusha was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She started playing soccer at the age of 12 and has played for Richmond Hill Soccer Club, King United Soccer Club, and in Mexico for Leonas Mazatlán. Her primary position is defender, but she also has experience as a goalkeeper, which was her secondary position. Her main goal is to help young goalkeepers improve their technical, physical, and mental skills while making the learning process fun and engaging. She focuses on developing the specialized skills and techniques required for goalkeeping, including basic technique, footwork, positioning, awareness, confidence building, as well as diving and recovery.
